THE COMING OF AGE
A burning desire within always consumes all contradictions and doubt that come its way!
Submit to it! Resist it no more.
Since your desires will be a reflection of the thoughts you keep. Think good!
And spend time in the presence of God - through HIS remembrance!
For this is the key to 'great thoughts'!
For what you think will come your way!
Thus to entertain 'evil thoughts' is a play with fire!
In HIS presence you will have HIS protection!
HE inspires good thoughts.
Recognize the 'Holy' around you so you may find HIM!
So follow your heart and go where you must!
So the flame within will become stronger!
And the daemons you have become friends with will burn away!
And the weak man will go.
The powerful man will take his place.
So glad to see your energy and pertinent topics continue! I shall return soon.
ReplyDeleteAn effective video with something for all!
ReplyDeleteI'm curious about your use of the term "trance"...do tell us more what that means to you sometime, OK?
Hope to be back soon with more to say about rest of your posts...
I think my the new post I happened upon that talks about consciousness: http://usefulthought-s.blogspot.com/2009/10/video-short-cut-to-higher-consciousness.html
ReplyDeletearticulates it well.
So a trance then is a lower form of consciousness. In a lower state you are 'aware' of lesser things.
This trance is a form of denial of reality. And to break out of it each time we have to change our selves permanently e.g. by changing a habit. [In the video linked about the guy working at the cigarette factory should stop working there and never work there.]
While in a trance your subconscious still tells you something is amiss but you suppress it. This you can do through many forms of addiction: lust, perhaps alcohol, keeping bad company, even in certain cases 'urgency addiction' [where you are addicted to your own adrenaline.]
Note that an addiction is a quick fix you take in order to temporarily deal with a problem in a way that doesn't contribute to solving that problem. [These problems can be any of the myriad issues in our lives that we don't want to deal with.]
Faraz, your poem is profound in its beautiful truth and simplicity. You are a wise soul in a young body!! Your journies of Self and God have taken you far, and now you are closer to source than ever. It is a joy and an honour to read your works. I look forward to reading more~ Blessings of divne oneness to you~
