The degree to which we are predictable is so exact that those who can see us can predict everything about us. That is the degree to which we are locked into our pattern of habits. So that it was said if we wake up for a few moments in the middle of the night only to go back to sleep, this small disruption too is healthy. Imagine, how healthy it is to come across a more disruptive encounter.
For the discourse each one of us are stuck with, clearly WORK, WORK and WORK, is an immensely healthy recourse to Break Out.
